Sunset Cottage is a single storey granite cottage adjoining the owners property and is situated between St Just and Cape Cornwall. The coast path is at the top of the track which leads to the cottages from where you can see Lands End and Sennen Cove on one side and Cape Cornwall on the other.

The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of St Just and the golf course at Cape Cornwall is also a very short walk away.

 

About the Cottage:-

 

Dogs. well behaved dogs are welcome but they must not be left unattended at any time and are not to go on beds or furniture.

 

No Smoking Allowed in the Cottage.

 

Babysitting Available.

 

The cottage is fitted out to a high standard and comprises of:-

 

Lounge/Diner with colour TV

Kitchen with Fridge freezer, Microwave and electric Cooker

Bedroom 1 with Double Bed

Bedroom 2 with single Bed

 

Outside there is a small garden for sitting out.

 

All bedding supplied, tea towels and towels (for use in cottage only).

 

The cottage has electric heating + storage heaters in cooler months* (cost of storage heating included in tariff).

 

Electric payable by card meter £5 & £10 purchasable from owner.

Tariff includes provisions of bedding, t-towels and towels for use in cottage only and electricity to the value of £10 per week. *Tariff includes storage heating during these months. Use of washing machine. Additional electric payable by card meter £5 and £10 purchasable from owner.

 

Short Breaks - minimum stay 3 days 60% weekly charge/ 4 days 70% /5 days 80%/ 6 days 90%.

 

Deposit - £100 per week payable at time of booking and non refundable in event of cancellation. Cheque payable to Mrs J Hill please send to above address.

 

There is a breakages/damages deposit of £50 by separate cheque with the final balance. Refundable within  14 days of departure if no damages/breakages.

 

Final balance due 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

 

We are sorry but we are unable to take dogs during peak season 1st July - 26th August and acceptability of dogs is at our discretion. Please note they must not be left unattended in cottage at any time and must not lie on the furniture or beds.
