Scilly view is a terraced former tin miner cottage situated in Trewellard appx. 1 1/2 miles from St Just on the St Ives road with spectacular sea views from the rear where there is also a secluded raised patio area which benefits from all of the afternoon sun and of course the stunning sunsets. At the front there is an enclosed garden with fishpond. on a clear day the Isles of Scilly can be seen 29 miles off Lands End.
There is a pub at Trewellard which serve hot food during Lunchtimes and the evenings, it is also very friendly with a lively atmosphere within a short walking distance of the cottage and a small local shop and several more rural pubs in Pendeen itself some 10 minutes walk away.

The cottage has been fitted out to a very high standard and comprises of:-

Ground Floor.

Lounge appx. 20ft with colour TV open Fire (winter months only) and beamed ceiling.

Kitchen with fridge, Freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine and eating area with sea views and leading onto patio.

Toilet.

Bedroom 2 Double Bed

Toilet and shower.

All bedding supplied, t-towels (for use in cottage only). The cottage is double glazed and heated by storage heaters in cooler months as well as by open fire. There are convector heater and electric fires for your use in summer.

There is a breakages deposit of £50.00 payable with final balance refundable within 14 days of departure if no damage. (Separate cheques please).
Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
